Reflect Therapy

What you can expect

We will contact you as soon as possible following your enquiry and will talk with you about what you hope for from therapy / counselling. Don't worry if you are unsure at this point as we work with you, through conversation, to make a plan. Sessions are then booked after the first initial session. This is normally on a session by session basis. Depending on your wishes and situation sessions may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and last 1 hour. 

Who are we?

Adrian Perkins

 I am a psychotherapist with 18 years experience. My approach is compassionate, reflective and hopeful. My NHS role involves working with families in relation to child and adolescent mental health. In my independent practice, I also undertake couple therapy and therapy for individual adults.  I  have specialist training in working with families and couples and extensive experience in working with separating parents where there are 'kids in the middle'. 

Julia Evans

I am currently employed part-time as a CAMHS therapist and have over 25 years experience working therapeutically with children and their families. Much of my work is with adults and children who are struggling with depression or anxiety and involves working together towards peoples' goals.  My approach is warm and engaging. I work alongside clients to help them achieve their desired hopes and help them to find direction and happiness in their lives.
